Payment
At Dorval Lighting we accept a wide range of payment options. We accept secure credit and debit cards via Takepayments. We also accept Paypal and Klarna payments who offer credit options if required.
As a further payment option we now accept credit and debit card payments via Stripe. We donate a small percentage of all Stripe sales to Climate Change.
Privacy Policy
At Dorval Lighting Ltd we do not store customer credit/debit card details.
Prices
All prices are listed in UK pounds sterling. Prices include VAT.
Delivery
Delivery is 3-5 working days from order. We offer a premium delivery service on all our products. With DPD we can offer a next day delivery from despatch. Customers will receive a notification via e-mail with a 2 hour time slot on the day of delivery. Goods can be delivered to an alternative address from payment address on request.
Description of Goods
At Dorval all Lampshades are manufactured to order. Quality is assured. Samples of our fabrics are available on request. We cannot accept responsibility for any variations in colour caused by browser software or PC systems. Some silks have characteristic slubs and irregularities and variations in the shade or weave which are common to those particular fabrics and should not be considered as defects.
Cancellations and Refunds
All our Lampshades are bespoke and made to order. Please ensure size and colour is correct prior to order. Lampshades can only be returned if faulty or not manufactured to the specifications ordered.
We cannot accept Cancellations after goods have been despatched.
Should in the unlikely case your lampshade arrives damaged please notify us within 24 hours. You will then have an option for a replacement or full refund.
